Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tetademic platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Tetademic provides a cloud-based school management platform for educational institutions. The Service includes modules for student records, attendance, academics, finance, communication, and related administrative functions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@tetademics.qzz.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: — Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service — Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its performance — Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate within the Service ("School Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your School Data. By using the Service, you grant Tetademic a limited licence to store, process, and display your School Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not access your School Data except to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

The Tetademic platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Tetademic Technologies Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tetademic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we will make your School Data available for export for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
