Tetademic Technologies Ltd ("Tetademic", "we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in Nigeria, with offices at 23 Innocent Street, Suberu-oje, Alagbado, Lagos. We provide school management software to primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions across Africa. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform, website, and related services.

We collect information in the following ways: — Information you provide directly: When a school registers with Tetademic, we collect the school's name, address, contact details, and the details of the administrator setting up the account. When staff, students, and parents are added to the platform, their names, contact information, and role-specific data are collected. — Usage data: We collect information about how the platform is used, including pages visited, features accessed, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product. — Payment information: Billing details are collected when a school subscribes. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

We use the information we collect to: — Provide, operate, and maintain the Tetademic platform — Process payments and send billing communications — Send product updates, security notices, and support messages — Improve and develop new features based on usage patterns — Comply with legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your school's data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data is stored on servers located within secure data centres. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to school data is restricted to authorised Tetademic staff on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain role-based access controls within the platform so that each user only sees the data relevant to their role.

We retain school data for as long as the school's account is active. If an account is cancelled, we will retain data for 90 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. Schools can request an export of all their data at any time by contacting our support team.
