The subscription prices above cover your licence to use the platform each term. There are additional one-time and conditional costs depending on your school's existing infrastructure.
A one-time fee of ₦100,000 applies to all new schools. This covers platform installation, initial configuration, class and subject setup, data import from your existing records, and a staff onboarding session.
Tetademics runs on your own server or VPS. Minimum requirements: 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe SSD storage. If your school does not have a server that meets these specifications, we will procure and configure a suitable VPS on your behalf. The cost of the VPS is separate from the subscription and installation fee, and will be quoted based on your preferred hosting provider.
A domain name is required for your school's portal (e.g. portal.yourschool.edu.ng). If your school does not already have a domain, we will register one on your behalf. Domain registration and annual renewal costs are billed separately at standard market rates.
Subscription fees are billed per term (3 terms per session) or annually. Annual billing saves approximately one term's cost. Subscriptions are due at the start of each term or year. Access may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a term.
